ODAA Residential Care was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported. Our caregivers bring years of experience working in Oregon’s care system, including expertise in behavioral support, memory care, developmental disabilities, medication management, and trauma-informed service. We understand that no two residents are the same, so our approach is always individualized. Our home is warm, welcoming, and intentionally structured to provide both comfort and stability. Whether someone requires daily hands-on support or gentle supervision and encouragement, ODAA is built to meet them with respect and consistency.
